Slate Village sign for Creigiau - July 30, 2013

Creigiau 23 is a voluntary organisation based in the beautiful village of Creigiau in Cardiff.

The purpose of the society is to voluntarily raise and distribute funds for the betterment of the community whilst also promoting a full and active social calendar. As well as donating to local organisations and clubs, every so often Creigiau 23 embarks on a village project.

The latest village project involved raising funds for this new village entrance sign. Stone Sign Co were commissioned to produce a 2.5 x 0.5 metre Welsh slate sign which was set onto a natural stone wall.

On Monday 29th July the Lord Mayor Derrick Morgan of Cardiff unveiled the new Creigiau sign.
